
Thanks to your generosity, we have provided more than 36,000 tickets to wounded, injured, and ill service members and their families, worth nearly $57 million.
The nonprofit Fisher House Foundation administers the "Hero Miles" program in partnership with the Department of Defense in accordance with Public Law 108-375, Section 585, the FY 05 Defense Authorization Act, amended in 2011. Fisher House Foundation uses frequent flyer miles that have been donated by passengers of our airline partners to provide free airline tickets to support wounded, injured, and ill service members and their families who are undergoing treatment at a military or VA medical center or who are attending authorized events.

Please note our agreements with individual airlines only permit airline tickets for wounded, injured, or ill service members and their families. These tickets can only be used for travel related to the service member's medical condition.
Thank you for your support! Fisher House Foundation, Inc., is a not-for-profit organization under section 501(c)(3) of the IRS code. Per current IRS laws, frequent flyer miles are not tax deductible.
