Memorial run/walk honors Cpt. Timothy Moshier

More than two years ago, Delmar native Captain Timothy Moshier was killed in Iraq after the Apache helicopter he was piloting went down just shy of his 26th birthday.

This Saturday, you can help remember his spirit -- and get some exercise, too.

The 2nd Annual Timothy J. Moshier Memorial Run/Walk takes place Saturday, April 26 at 9 a.m. at the Bethlehem Middle School.

Cpt. Timothy Moshier's widow, Katie, stopped by the Capital News 9 studio to talk about the event.

Proceeds benefit the Gold Star Family Support Center, the Captain Timothy J. Moshier Memorial Scholarship Fund and the Fisher House.
